Today, my throat getting bad, which let me can't eat breakfast. Since I thought that it like many blade into my throat, and now it's hard for me to talk, feeling very uncomfortable even me pharyngeal saliva also sick. And, I am litter cold, so everything are make me drowsy. I got up this morning, however I was really tired and sleepy and then I went to bed again.

Today, my throat started getting bad, which made me unable to eat breakfast. I thought that it felt like many blades were going into my throat, and now it's hard for me to talk. I feel so very uncomfortable that even my throat saliva feels sick. Also, I am a little cold, so everything is making me drowsy. When I got up this morning, because I was still really tired and sleepy, I went to bed again.

- Don't use let like this. It is *not* like 让. In general, when you would use 让, use "made" instead. "He made me sad". "The food made me sick". The saliva sentence is hard to interpret, because saliva does not get "sick".I have tried making minimal changes.

And I am littel cold, so everything is making me drowsy. I got up this morning, however I was really tired and sleepy and then I went to bed again.

in everyday language people would not say pharyngeal, they'd say windpipe
