Having a good quality of sleep makes us productive and keeps us healthy. Concerning sleep, quality is inevitable in our life. In this essay, I will explain what insomnia affects my body. Since the pandemic has been started, I have suffered insomnia. The more I felt stressed, the more I got depressed. I Couldn'tsleep at all. Once in a while, I checked my phone to make sure of the time. It was 2 am, another time 4 am. I wasn't able to awake in the morning. That made me crazy. One day, I had tinnitus and dizziness. I went to Otolaryngology. I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease. The doctor gave me sleeping pills. But I didn't rely on these types of drugs. I started swimming every day and tried to reduce caffeine as much as possible. Honestly, I have had addicted to caffeine. I would love to have coffee every meal. My English teacher suggested Chai tea instead of coffee. It worked well for me. I can beat this illness; my sleeping qualities are getting better day by day. I still struggle with dizziness sometimes, But I believe I can overcome both symptoms.

What a great story ! I've also struggled with insomnia when Covid as started. And also a month ago I've struggled with it. I also didn't rely on any drugs or any pills, I don't believe that it's providing any real solution, at least for the long term. Thus I started to find natural and healthy ways to keep myself calm, that's where meditation and taking walks from time to time started to take a big place in my life. Once in a while, I would check my phone to make sure of the time. It could be 2 am, sometimes it was 4 am. I was unable to wake up in the mornings. That made me crazy. One day, I had tinnitus and dizziness. I went to an otolaryngologist. I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease. The doctor gave me sleeping pills. But I didn't rely on those types of drugs. I started swimming every day and tried to reduce caffeine as much as possible. Honestly, I was addicted to caffeine. I loved to have ( to drink) coffee with every meal. My English teacher suggested Chai tea instead of coffee. It worked well for me. I can beat this illness; my sleeping qualities are getting better ( are improving) day by day. I still struggle with dizziness sometimes, but I believe I can overcome both conditions.
