This all looks good, apart from two small points:
1. Instead of saying ‘I still have a question’, you can say: ‘One further question’ (polite) or ‘I have another question’ (everyday).
If you say ‘I still have a question’, it implies you already asked the same question previously, but the other person hasn’t yet answered this point, so it could seem a little impolite or odd to say that here, as you are asking a second question.
2. It’s technically correct to say ‘Can you tell me how to take care of…’ but again it could seem a little impolite or strong, because ‘tell’ is a strong, direct word. It would be nicer to say: ‘Please could you explain how I can take care of my skin?’
