Hi Mariya. How are you? Do not worry, starting on Italki takes time. Keep in mind that Russian doesn't have the same amount of leanrers as English, Chinese, Spanish and etc and taking into consideration that there are a lot of Russian tutor and teachers, it might be difficult to get attention in the beginning but eventually it happens. Just give it time. 

And Mickael is correct, Russian is a difficult language and learners feel more confident when they know that you can speak English to use it when it's necessary. Your profile doesn't state your level of English, so it affects sometimes. Also availability, I checked your schedule and if I were to have a session with you, I'd find it hard to find a suitable time, try to be as more available as possible so you can be reached by students from different parts of the world.

I am not familiar with what students of Russian are looking for, so I cannot speak for them. I saw nothing in your video to criticize and the prices for your classes seem very reasonable. Perhaps you could speak a little bit of English in the video so that an English speaker would feel a little less intimidated? Some of the Spanish instructors do that, a little bit in English and a little bit in Spanish. I think that the beginners like that. That is just a suggestion.
