What do you think are the three main social problems in your country? Just three? My country has many social problems, but in my opinion the top three are: corruption, education and violence. I know these problems are not specific to my country. There are countries where they are even worse, however I'm just telling what I've testified here. Couple months ago, We (brazilians) saw, through the media, the biggest corruption judgement the country have ever had. Politicians were judge and many of them were condemned. At the same time this fact reveals the high rate of corruptors, this also means that things are getting better because they are being revealed and judged. About education, it's sad seeing public schools in bad conditions. There are lack of scholar materials and all the infrastructure that a school needs. Unfortunately, just the rich people have economic conditions to pay for a private school giving a good education to their children. And violence. I think it depends where you live, but in general, my country isn't a safe place. It's dangerous walking alone at night on the streets. Almost everyone I know have been robbed at least once in his life. In my opinion, violence is a consequence of bad quality in education and poverty that many people face in this country.

What do you think are the three main social problems in your country?

Just three? My country has many social problems, but in my opinion the top three are: corruption, education and violence.
I know these problems are not specific to my country. There are countries where they are even worse, however I'm just telling what I've experienced/witnessed here.

A couple months ago, we (Brazilians) saw, through the media, the biggest corruption trial the country has ever had. Politicians were tried and many of them were convicted. At the same time this fact reveals the high rate of corruptors, this also means that things are getting better because they are being revealed and tried.

About education, it's sad seeing public schools in bad conditions. There are lack of scholarly materials and all the infrastructures that a school needs. Unfortunately, just the rich people have economic conditions to pay for a private school that will give a good education to their children.

And violence...I think it depends where you live, but in general, my country isn't a safe place. It's dangerous walking alone at night on the streets. Almost everyone I know has been robbed at least once in their life. In my opinion, violence is a consequence of bad quality in education and poverty that many people face in this country.
