Everyone, anyone, takes singular forms. This is because of the suffix "one". Everyone is entitled to his or her opinions however wrong. Anyone is free to say something he or she thinks is right. "Who wanna to go to the party?" is bad spoken English. It's slang and therefore frowned upon by the elite. The proper way to articulate is, "Who wants to go to the party?" The way you speak tells your background.

you will be well understood in the both forms. however, the form ''are there anyone'' is grammatically correct.

It depends upon the subject. If singular noun, then use 'Is there..?' If plural, use 'Are there... ?' Eg: Is there life after death? Are there ghosts on Earth?

I think that the correct sentence is: Is there anyone? of course, if you want to know if ONE person is on some place. And if you want to ask if some people are on some place, you should use: Are there some people? ^_^
