Hi I'd like to know the meaning of "Please choose the countries where you are eligible to work" in the online job application form. It seems there are two meanings. One is to choose countries where I already have work permission, such as citizenship or working visa. The other is to choose countries where I will be able to work permission if I would get a job contract because I already have other qualifications, such as language and education and no criminal record. I will apply for a global company (everybody knows this company), and this position is in the headquarter in Europe. The number of vacancies for this position is more than ten. Since they consider diversity important,they allow us to write our ethnicity in the checkbox. Moreover, they also ask our willingness of relocation. In general, the question literally means the former, especially when this question is asked by immigration office. But, I don't think this company closes opportunity for non-EU citizens. Thank you.
