肯定:1对事物持确认的或赞成的态度 2有把握;无疑,有信心,有理由确信 3毫无疑问的 一定∶1规定的,确定的 固定不变的 2必定;必然的,3特定的 4一些，一部分 一定”和“肯定”都可做定语，但修饰的名词不同：“一定”做定语，通常只修饰表人或事物等的数量，如“一定的人数”，与“不定”相对立，通常不说“肯定的人数”，“肯定”则修饰一般的事物，如“肯定的事”、“肯定的回答”，在这种情况下，与“否定”相对立。

很多情况下这两个词意思相近，可以互换，但也不是总行，比如： 对这个问题我可以给你一个非常肯定的答复。但不能说“非常一定的答复”。

Hello, I think 肯定 and 一定 can both work as adverb and have the same meaning but only 肯定的 can work as adjective in the sentence.

不知道怎么解释。。。 我觉得 肯定一般是语气上的，肯表示意愿上的许可，定表示确定。所以基本上在发表意见或描写某人想法，或态度时用肯定与否。 一定这词，一表示唯一，没有第二种情况，所以一定只是表示非常确定，但不专门指人的意思。
