To emphasise trying and making an effort, we can add the verb 노력하다 (try; make an effort) to the end so that it looks like this. 나는 한국어를 공부하려고 노력하고있어 In case you don't know, -하려고 is talking about something you will do in the future/near future, but the -하고있어 at the end of the sentence means that the sentence is in present tense.
