It's a very slangy version of an already slangy phrase. "How does _____ look?" means "What is the condition or status of _____?" for example, "How does the project look?" means "What is the status of the project? Is it done yet?" (possible answers would be "Nearly done" "Not even close. It will take another three weeks" this becomes - "How are we looking on _____?" or "How do we look on _____?" which is a business speak/slangy way of saying the same thing. (There are *reasons* for this that are too long to go into. But it means the same thing.) This gets turned into: "How we looking on _______?" through a very, very, very slangy way of dropping the auxiliary verb. DO NOT TRY THIS!!!! It is not standard. You will not sound "natural." Just don't! But he's asking "have you finished disabling the laser grid?"
