5 might be grammatically ok but would be better without "the".  But it sounds weird as a stand-alone sentence.

It is unfortunate that conditions developed this way. (correct but awkward)

The grammar of 6 is ok, but its meaning isn't clear.
A parent might say
"Haven't I raised you better than this?" when disappointed in the actions of his child.

I'm struggling to think of where you would use the last two, but they are OK.
