I spend some time relaxing in the morning. Actually, I had no time to relax every morning until last semester, but this semester, I have the first class three times a week, leaving me with some class-free days. As a result, I started waking up early every day. It was challenging for me at the beginning, but it gradually became a habit. Therefore, I have been able to enjoy some relaxing time in the morning. Afterward, I take a shower, have breakfast, and also drink coffee every morning. What I have learned from this habit is that having enough time in the morning makes my day better and better. If you have a guilty conscience, you shouldn't use your phone before going to sleep. Life can change with just a little thing. It's wonderful to be able to relax and give myself some time in the morning before starting my day. I hope to continue this habit and have better days in the future.
