This half year I explored different languages for example Japanese and Persian. I have taken 5 Japanese lessons, all from different teachers and 1 Persian lesson. So far I enjoyed the lessons. Here are some tips I have applied during my language journey:
1) Reading a poem in the target language. Here I have a poem in Persian.

In the first picture you can read a Dutch poem. It is written for Ari and the word 'fire' is in the poem. In the Persian poem it starts with ari and the word 'fire' also contains in the poem. Do you like the resemblance?
2) Make it fun. One of the Japanese lessons I took, presented me a powerpoint with Japanese sentences that makes it really fun to learn it.
3) Write something like a language bridge. (this idea comes from Richard Simcott, polyglot bridge). It is a creative way to express yourself through different languages.

It sounds really great!
I also recommend you read Sohrab Sepehri's poems which are easy to understand and so deep as well :-)
All the best

Learning a language using a PowerPoint presentation really can be fun. I had to make such presentations and I used pitch deck design https://slidepeak.com/pitch-deck-design which made them even more attractive to the audience. You should like it.
