The direct object of the verb "have" seems to be "anything and anywhere". "Anything" can be a direct object since it is a noun, but "anywhere" is not a noun so it cannot be a direct object. The sentence needs to be more clearly worded to make it clear that "anywhere in Vietnam" is an adverbial phrase, not a noun phrase.
