You can't say "more better" or "more cheaper." "Better" and "cheaper" are comparative adjectives. They are already set up to compare two things. Champagne is better than beer. Beer is cheaper than champaign. Not all adjectives have comparative forms. If an adjective doesn't have a comparative form, you use the word "more" to make it comparative. For example, for an English speaker, learning Ukrainian is more difficult than learning Spanish. As you can find by checking a dictionary, there is no word "difficulter." We can't say "learning Ukrainian is difficulter than learning Spanish. " We need to say "more" + "difficult." If an adjective has a comparative form, you need to use it. You can't say "Ukraine is more big than Belarus." It would be understood, but it is not correct English. You need to say "Ukraine is bigger than Belarus." If an adjective has a comparative form, you can't use "more" with it, because "more" is used to MAKE an adjective comparative and it already is comparative. "Much" can be used to intensify comparison. So it can be used in the form "much" + comparative adjective, "water is much cheaper than champagne," "for a celebration, champagne is much better than water." It can also be used together with more, "much" + "more" + positive adjective. For an English speaker, learning Spanish is difficult, learning Ukrainian is more difficult, and learning Arabic is much more difficult.
