It wouldn't be exaggerating to say that I live with the people who learn the Japanese language. While helping them to acquire Japanese skills, I'm also able to learn about their country, culture and even my own country Japan. Which is fun and helps me improve myself. I like to learn new things and I like to help people who study really hard. I’m interested in learning languages, staying active with sports, focusing on health, cooking, and playing the piano and violin.

How to acquire Japanese is different for each person. Since 2013 I've been teaching Japanese online to people all over the world from beginner to advanced. Therefore I can help you to acquire Japanese better and I can also help students of all skill levels by using my experience. Especially as absolute beginners you might be afraid to speak, but don't worry. I'm a very patient and positive person. So my lessons are fun and you can relax. I really enjoy working with students who want to learn and make progress.

My class is very flexible and we can do what you need. For example, this is what I often do in my class: conversational practice, reading novels/articles/news, learning grammar, preparation for exams and more. In order to not forget everything that you’ve learned with me, you should review it everyday. If you make mistakes during the lessons, I can correct it with text and speaking and if you need homework, I will give you some. In the next lesson we will check it together.
★Note: I do not offer my courses for children.

Great lesson with Sato talking about using cash, being careful in certain areas due to pickpockets, how troublesome it can be when we arrive home late these days, and what type of people are interested in fashion. Sato always provides really helpful notes and corrections and is great at helping me to continue improve!

Great lesson with Sato talking about going out to eat in restaurants, how expensive ramen is outside of Japan, and pajama styles for sleeping. She’s always so detailed with her explanations and note taking while also being really enjoyable to chat with!
