I’m Anna, a 30-year-old MA student from Germany, specializing in German and English studies. I’m passionate about teaching languages and creating engaging learning experiences. I love discussing a wide range of topics, from art and history to hobbies and healthy living.
One of my greatest achievements has been mastering the art of professional research, which allows me to bring fresh insights into our conversations. I use self-made materials to foster interactivity and make lessons more enjoyable and effective.

I began my teaching career in 2014 as an ESL instructor at various Chinese companies, and in 2019, I earned my TESOL and TEFL certifications. Since then, I have been teaching German to beginner and intermediate-level learners from Germany and many other countries.
Communication and speaking skills are paramount in my teaching approach. Therefore, I strive to conduct all German sessions exclusively in German and English sessions solely in English, except for complete beginner courses where additional support may be needed.

In our lessons, we primarily communicate in your target language—either German or English. I use interactive books and materials tailored to your level, which I will recommend after our initial assessment.
My teaching focuses on a balanced approach to speaking, reading, writing, and listening, helping you develop comprehensive language skills. Every 20 sessions, we have a quick quiz to playfully review what you’ve learned.
Most importantly, I believe that learning should be fun! We’ll always find ways to make our sessions engaging and enjoyable.
