Hi! I'm Alexandra and I'm a language and travel enthusiast! I'm bilingual Italian and German. I lived in Germany as a child and I never stopped learning German. I also speak English and a little Chinese! And I'm currently learning Spanish! I love learning new languages because with language also comes culture, and I live to travel and get to know different cultures. Last year I've worked as a German teacher in middle school in Italy. It was a great experience that made me realize how much I love teaching!

I'm professional and friendly at the same time. I'm laughing a lot with my students, and it's impossible for me not to create a warm, personal, playful but always focused atmosphere. I'm very diligent, organised and precise, so you'll have to work and learn. I just think that it's possible to make learning an amazing and joy-filling experience. I agree with Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences, which means that a "good" teaching method depends on experience and feedback but also and mostly on your student. Some teaching strategies work amazing with some people but don't work at all with others. This means that I don't have a fixed teaching method. However, I love to work on uncovering the logic that governs German language (in both grammar and vocabulary), because it's also a means of understanding German culture! My lessons are based on the student’s level, goals and interests. I provide learning material, lots of examples and , of course, exercises.
