Nay did a great job explaining in detail some important nuances with spoken Indonesian. I really like her approach in clarifying many aspects of the pronunciation. Highly recommended!

I have a very specific learning style and clearly defined goals, so it's often difficult to find a language teacher who is a good match. Nay was patient, engaged in useful passive correction, paused to explain key topics and was an incredible help in getting me started. She focused on the language I needed for my language goals, but supported these with additional context about more complex usage to preview these for later in our study together. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Nay was a great teacher. She taught me all the ins and outs of both Bali and Jakarta language and culture. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone that knows the best and worst of the local culture of Indonesia.

Nay is incredibly diligent, with a great attention to detail in explaining the nuances between formal and colloquial Indonesian. And she knows how to pick engaging topics to discuss too!
