Hello. I'm Shiina from Kobe, Japan. Thank you for checking my page.
I have more than 5yrs experience of teaching Japanese. I really like this job because there are lots of new things to discover whenever I talk with students.
I love talking with new people and learning about different cultures. So I'm sure I make you feel free to talk in my lesson :)

I learnt teaching of Japanese as minor and have a certificated JLTC Test.
I have experience teaching Japanese at secondary school in Melbourne, Australia. And now I'm teaching Japanese with all levels at language school in Osaka.
Also I am an English-learner. (Recently I've started learning Chinese as well) So I can imagine how you feel when you learn new languages.
Please don't be nervous in my class and enjoy learning Japanese with me !
大学で日本語を教える勉強をして、日本語教育能力検定試験にも合格しています。
卒業後(そつぎょうご)、オーストラリア メルボルンの高校で日本語を教えていました。
2020年から大阪の日本語学校で、JLPT対策(たいさく)や初級～上級の学生に教えています。

During our lessons, I'm focused on you build self-confidence to speak in Japanese, with an emphasis on speaking through natural conversation. If you're interested in particular topics or
situations including Kansai dialect/ Osaka dialect, I can prepare materials. I'm happy to help you achieve each different goals.

It's my fifth lesson with Shiina-san. Everything is great, the atmosphere is always friendly. Shiina-san is really good at explaining things and also can provide extra materials for homework if needed. Learning Japanese with Shiina-san is so much fun! I always look forward to our next lesson! ありがとうございます。

Shiina is a professional teacher, structured, and easy to talk to, plus it was a very fun lesson. It was a surprisingly very good lesson, and exactly what I'm looking for. Will be booking many more lessons with Shiina先生.

It is always a real pleasure to learn with Shiina. She is great at giving explanation and she really help me to correct my syntax.
I highly recommend her to anyone willing to learn Japanese.

Shiina先生 does a great job at explaining grammar.
I often have problems understanding the difference between certain grammatical concepts or how to use them correctly and she gives many examples showing differences and usage.
Whenever I still have additional questions, she continues to explain patiently until I feel like I have really understood it.
