Kana

Kana san patiently listens to me work my way thru Japanese sentences and simple conversation. Lessons are so much fun and I think, slowly but surely, I am improving and working toward a life goal of speaking Japanese. I highly recommend this wonderful teacher !

Excellent sensei . Always challenge the student to improve oneself . Always pushed to improve and upgrade my level . Highly recommend to anyone who seek a sensei who can inspire and motivate their students!

Japanese gets difficult pretty quickly, and I absolutely would have given up on it by now if I didn’t have Kana san’s support and help. Excellent teacher, excellent coach.

Thank you for leading me through the abundant kanji that are offered in this chapter. I’m going to write them all down and do my best to memorize them 😅 It’s a lot but it is honestly, it’s endlessly fascinating. Kana Sensei keeps it fresh and never, ever discouraging. You’ve been by my side this whole journey! I still remember my first lesson almost five years ago . For me, it took some courage to start but you made it fun. I thought at the time that I’d be further along by now LOL and yet, I can see small achievements and improvements and I’m still really enjoying myself - which is its own achievement。Thank you for another wonderful year of learning.

Kana-sensei is a wonderful teacher. I am so glad to have classes with her again after a long break. This class was a two student class, and it was paced very well for the both of us. She was very patient and supportive with my fiance who had not studied Japanese as much as I have. I absolutely love how her class is structured!
