Hi, I am Kru Gong. I love teaching and feel happy to see my students. As a graduate from Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, “Student-Centered Teaching” is one of the best strategies for teaching. My students learn by doing and practicing which helps them easily understand and remember. On the other hand, I have to work hard not only in preparing teaching materials but also in observing my students’ skills.

Positive thinking, sense of humor, patience and want all of my students succeed in learning Thai. From my over ten years’ experience in teaching Thai, what I have gained from teaching are as follows: • I have several foreign students from around the world such as China (Mainland), Taiwan, France, Philippines, Japan, UAE, India, Sweden, Korea and etc. • Teaching technique to compare Thai sound or sentence pattern with their native language by using my background of Chinese and French knowledge, sing a song and translate their favorite thing to Thai.

Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi

I have teaching materials from beginner to advanced level. The content is easy to understand and can apply in daily life. My teaching style is easy-going and fun at least. • Teaching technique is to compare Thai sound or sentence pattern with their native language by using my background of Chinese and French knowledge, sing a song and translate their favorite thing to Thai. For example: my Chinese students at Achievo school of language can remember and clearly pronounce the sentence of “Have you eaten yet?” which says in Thai “Khun gin khaw rue yang” and compare to Chinese “Ni chi fan le ma” (Khun=Ni, gin=chi, khaw=fan, rue yang=le ma).
