Yusuke / 優介（ゆうすけ）

優介先生、いつも優しく丁寧に教えてくださって本当にありがとうございます。私のレベルに合わせてくださるので、会話の中で安心に話せることができます。話したいことも自由に話させてくださっているので、いつも楽しくてとっても役に立ちます。さらに、自分の悪い口癖も直してくださって感謝しています。優介先生のレッスンでは、どんな質問でもあったら気楽に聞くことができて、本当にありがたいです。レッスンを通して、自分の日本語の話す自信がどんどん増えて来ました。 もしかしたら、日本語の先生が探しているなら、優介先生が本当にオススメです。

I really appreciate that Yusuke corrects my Japanese as we talk—thanks to that, I'm learning new ways to express myself and fixing some of the unnatural Japanese I've been using. Today, I found out that a couple of expressions I’ve been using for a long time were actually a bit off, but now that Yusuke pointed them out, I can finally fix them. As always, Yusuke’s class was super fun! Time passed too quickly. Today we chatted casually so I could practice Kansai dialect. If you’re interested in learning Kansai Japanese, I definitely recommend Yusuke—he speaks it for real haha.

Final conversation session of 2025! It’s been a great year. Yusuke is friendly, easy going, and a pleasure to talk to. I ask him a lot of random questions about Japanese words I’ve encountered, and it’s always interesting to hear his intuitions and explanations. Besides that we talk about whatever is of interest - things in the news, different holiday traditions, interesting personal events, etc. Looking forward to more conversations in 2026!

One month after taking my previous lesson with Yusuke Sensei, I was very glad to learn that he was not just fully prepared as always, but also very eager to learn about my progress and discuss all the events the happened in the last month. We seriously had a very fun and engaging lesson, and if I had booked more than an hour - we could have probably continued going for another one! Highly recommend this teacher for both beginners and intermediate Japanese language learners!

So grateful for all the help yusuke has given me over the past year! I went from practically no japanese to being able to understand sentences and short conversations. Thank you Yusuke!

i love working with yusuke because he goves great insight to how japanese people speak outside of the textbook. hes patient and always moves at a pace that works for me that day.
