I really enjoyed my first session with Fern. She was kind, friendly, and sincere. From the beginning, Fern focused on my language learning journey and my goals for improving. She also reached out prior to class and prepared materials for our class, including an interactive game for practicing grammar tenses. I also appreciated how Fern does not correct you mid-sentence while speaking. I enjoyed my first class with Fern and I look forward to working with her in future classes!

I really can’t recommend her enough! She is such a sweet person and even though my Spanish is already at a high level (completed my Master program in Mexico in Spanish), she always manages to teach me something new: no matter if it’s cultural related or a new word or concept. Since she is such a friendly and funny person, I feel safe to even still make mistakes (at 8am my Spanish brain isn’t working properly 😂), so I am more than confident that she is the perfect tutor for people starting out with Spanish who are still hesitating to start speaking.

Fernanda is a very conscientious teacher who comes prepared for class and wants her students to accomplish their learning goals.
