My name is Maryam Ramezankhani, and I was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. I have a background in mathematics and linguistics, and for over 20 years, I’ve also been practicing Persian calligraphy. Currently, I work as a researcher, artist, and teacher, specializing in Persian language, English, and Persian calligraphy.
My research focuses on the Persian language, particularly its spoken variety, and the intersection of language, culture, and art. I’m passionate about exploring how these elements connect and and finding ways to express ideas that go beyond words alone.Tôi với tư cách là giáo viên
Teaching has been an incredibly rewarding part of my life. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of teaching English, Persian, and Persian calligraphy to students from all over the world. Each experience has deepened my understanding of not only the languages I teach but also the diverse cultures and perspectives of my students. Through teaching, I've made lasting connections and lifelong friends, which has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.
When it comes to teaching Persian, I find it especially rewarding that each student brings a unique perspective to the language. I truly enjoy helping them discover the beauty of Persian, its nuances, and its rich cultural context.Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
As a teacher, my approach is interactive, patient, and student-centered. I believe that learning a language is not just about memorizing vocabulary or grammar—it's about engaging with the culture, history, and people behind the language.
