I'm Sita.
I'm 26 and from Birmingham, England.
I'm half English and half Indian.
I've been loving teaching English on here for 5 years!
I'm interested in the arts and humanities, culture, adventure and exploring this beautiful world we live in!
As a trained actress, I'm very passionate about voice, pronunciation, accents, dialects and linguistics etc.
⚠️NOTE❗️:
My communication tool for my prepared classes is Zoom, not Skype. I'll send you an invitation before class so please look out for that on Italki. For our conversation class, I'll use Skype/Italki.

I am certified in a TEFL 20-hour practical teaching course and I will be completing my level 5 diploma in TEFL/CELTA this year.
I've always had a passion for languages and teaching and will do my best to accommodate your needs, so I can be as informal or formal, in my teaching, as you like.
I generally try to push my students always. So I'm looking for serious and hardworking students, that want to really delve deeply into learning as much as they can, about the language.
NOTE ⚠️ - If there is a student after you, I'll have to leave the lesson 5 mins early so I can have a break before the next lesson.

For my structured class, I can include all sorts of media: youtube videos, games, images, articles and book passages, posters, film clips, music, song lyrics, whatever tickles your fancy, basically :)
IMPORTANT POLICIES❗⚠️
⚠️Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: I will allow you to have one cancellation within the 24 hr period, where I can reschedule, if you have a genuine reason, why you can't make the lesson. After that, it will be normal Italki policy.
⌚ Lateness Policy: I will wait for a maximum of 20 mins. After that, I will exit the meeting and payment will be due. If you are late, I won't be catching up the time. If I happen to be late, I will apologise and try to make up any missed time.Tài liệu giảng dạy của tôi

I recently had my first lesson with Sita on Italki, and it was a fantastic experience. She immediately made me feel comfortable, and our conversation flowed naturally. Sita is clearly very prepared and knows how to make the learning process both effective and enjoyable.
Even after just one lesson, I feel like I've learned a lot and had a great time. I'm really looking forward to continuing my lessons with her. If you're looking for a capable and engaging English teacher, I highly recommend trying a lesson with Sita!

We had a great intro to pronunciation and accent reduction lesson, starting with a generic discussion followed by a short assessment with a detailed feedback outlining the areas of improvement. It was fun and practical, and Sita made sure we covered all that was planned. I'll definitely continue studying with her!
