Hello! My name is Sergey and I am from Siberia, Russia. I am a certified English and Russian teacher. I love travelling, cooking, helping animals and learning languages! I use comprehensible input (CI) and TPRS, which are some of the best methods in natural language acquisition. On my lessons you don’t have to memorize bunch of words or learning grammar rules. Just sit, listen, speak and enjoy!Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
Style update:
Since 2019 I became a fan of TPRS (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling) and CI (Comprehensible Input) methods in language learning. These methods helps my students to acquire a language in the most relaxed and fun manner. I use different children stories, pictures, magazines so my students study grammar from the real content without even realizing it. Isn't it awesome?
My lessons absolutely depend on my students' needs. Also, initially I test my students to see their level, and I adapt my lessons according to it. Generally, I let my students to work in the context of their interests, because I believe that's the fastest and easiest way to learn the language.Tài liệu giảng dạy của tôi

I suppose it’s about time I left a text review now that I’ve finished lessons. 😈 I studied with Sergey for just over 2 years. Sergey is always enthusiastic and upbeat and he’s a fantastic teacher. In the time I studied with him I saw a definite improvement in my ability to understand written and spoken Russian. He also speaks English superbly and my classes with him were always enjoyable. Highly recommend not only signing up for lessons, but also signing up for his Patreon and joining the monthly Russian meetups!

Once again, I had a very productive lesson with Sergey. He tailored his Russian to my beginner's level while telling a story from a children's book (can't wait to see how it ends - he knows where to put cliffhangers). Looking forward to the next lesson! 10/10 would recommend!

Очередной занимательный и забавный урок. Сергей обладает веселым и общительным характером, потому с ним всегда приятно поговорить о чем угодно. Несмотря на то, что обычно я провожу с ним уроки по ночам, я чувствую себя очень бодрым на протяжении урока. Спасибо за урок!
