Julie’s been there with me for years. Lately she’s helping me through Mandarin presentations for my master’s. She always finds time and is the most thorough teacher I’ve had out of all the other teachers I tried on iTalki. She knows when to cut in and correct you, she’s very detail-oriented, and she holds me accountable to the goals I’ve been setting for myself. Really a stand-out teacher that I will always keep coming back to when I need to take my mandarin to the next level.

Absolutely love Julie's classes every time! Even though it's a conversation lesson, there are certain skills that make the lesson much more effective. Julie is quick to provide translations for me and writes every mistake, new word or thing I wasn't sure about down and it never affects the flow of our conversation. Can't recommend her enough!
