Hello. My daughter has finished 11 lessons with DR Sara Mahmoud. The lessons were awesome, and I do happy with her progress. Before that my daughter doesn't know anything about Arabic language, but now she can read, write, understand and answer the common questions. Especially I would like to emphasize the qualities of DR Sara Mahmoud. She is honest, kind, open and experienced person. She is focused in reaching your aims and adapts the lessons for you if it needed. I do recommend having classes with DR Sara Mahmoud. Hope to continue work with her. Thank you.

We had a nice cultural exchange comparing the themes of one of William Butler Yeats's most famous poems with a song by Abdelhalim Hafiz. Some of the vocabulary was a little challenging, but we worked through it. The assignment for next time is to listen to Abdelhalim's song in its entirety for comprehension, pronunciation, and introduction to additional vocabulary. I appreciate Professor Mahmoud's patience when I struggle a bit.

I really enjoy the class with Sara. She is very good at teaching, we repeat the vocabulary enough and practice the pronunciation thoroughly. Absolutely recommended for beginners!
