A professional Chinese teacher born in Wuhan, Hubei, has lived and worked in Shanghai for years, enjoying coffee and video games.
As a teacher, I'm committed to creating productive learning methods and a friendly atmosphere in my class. Communicating and guiding are always something that I've been good at. I graduated with a master's degree in TCSOL (Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) and have been teaching since 2014. I have worked in universities and language institutions. Currently, I’m focusing on 1-1 tutoring. I’ve been teaching students from different countries and industries. And they are aging from 10 to 75. You will learn vocabulary, grammar, and expressions based on the HSK system (HSK1-HSK6). The best option is if you just started learning Mandarin, and want to learn this language properly.
√ HSK test preparation.
For you who have decided to take HSK tests. We will focus on exercises, skills, and tips for tests. You will do some mock tests at first and do some test papers from previous tests 4 weeks before your test.
√ Conversational Practice.

Two and a half years in and I'm still enjoying lessons with Aven very much! I learn a lot in every class. Aven is professional but also makes the class environment comfortable. She's understanding when I don't feel as prepared yet still knows how to encourage and challenge me when I need it. I'm so glad I chose this teacher!
