I am Melek and I am from the north of Germany therefore I speak standard German (Hochdeutsch). Apart from that, I speak English and Turkish as well. In my free time, I like to do some sports and spend a lot of time in nature. I work as a language teacher at a Language School, where I teach German as a foreign language. I teach in small groups, and one on one classes (online and offline).
I am a patient and encouraging teacher, I am aware of the difficulties and struggles when it comes to learning a new language since I am a language learner myself.Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
I specialize in teaching beginners and intermediate students according to the
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (I teach ADULTS only)
I use a conversational teaching style based on listening and speaking, that presents vocabulary and grammar in a topic-based context. I communicate mainly in the target language, to create an immersive environment that will encourage and help you to develop your German skills quickly and respond and speak with confidence from the beginning. My main goal or focus is to get you to talk as much as possible in a relaxed and pressure-free lesson.

I just finished another lesson with Mel. She brings a lot of enthusiasm and friendliness to every lesson. Mel always has a perfect lesson plan for me. I am seeing significant improvement with each lesson. I recommend Mel if you want to quickly become a better German speaker!

Mel is a great teacher. She was very engaged and quickly assessed my level of fluency. Mel easily came up with a "game plan" to increase my fluency. Highly recommend her if you want to improve your German speaking, comprehension, reading or writing.
