Felicia, I've been taking Italian lessons with you for a long time, amazingly that energy from the first classes is still present today. The reason for this is that in addition to teaching the content, you also learn a lot about your student in order to maximize and personalize that content. Felicia is excellent. She can keep up a conversation on many levels, from simple sewing to complex geopolitical debate. She is a great storyteller, and has had me laughing on several occasions over small silly daily events. Her English is perfect, she is a polyglot who speaks many languages fluently. She is a lawyer. She grew up in Communist Romania and now lives in Brazil. The Romanian language has much in common with Italian, so she speaks it is as a native Italian. If you want her to talk for the hour, she will; if you want to do the talking, you can. She easily puts in a word I don't know when I ask, but she doesn't push. She is always pleasant, genial, on-time, gracious, non-judgmental on all topics, and thankful to have you.

I had a fantastic lesson with Felicia. I felt like talking to a friend and not like having a lesson. We discussed topics we both love (books and languages) so the conversation flew really naturally and for me it was a great surprise to realise how many ideas I already can express. Felicia provided the vocabulary I didn't know and the correct structure of sentences I wasn't able to form myself, so I can now learn them by heart and use them next time. She speaks clearly so it was easy to understand her and it helped my self-esteem too :) Thank you very much Felicia. I am already looking forward to speak with you again.

Felicia was very positive and encouraging and was happy support my preference for learning Italian in an informal and natural way. She has an excellent, very impressive knowledge of English and Italian! I wanted to practice speaking and listening conversation, and I have booked another lesson because I found it very useful.
