What an outstanding first lesson with Emmanuel! He was able to keep the conversation flowing smoothly, using questions to maintain momentum & engagement. He was respectful when providing corrections and also typed them into the chat window for review. Emmanuel spoke at a pace that was suitable for my level and was happy to clarify any points that I didn't understand. He has an excellent, professional-level microphone set-up that greatly assists with hearing him clearly. Emmanuel was very attentive throughout and it was fantastic to have a tutor who wasn't constantly distracted by something else in the room! I am looking to having more lessons with him in the future. Emmanuel is easily one of the best tutors on iTalki!

The classes are a nice mix of fun while being challenging and helpful and Emmanuel has been so great about tailoring the classes to my needs and interests! Classes are always fun!!! Highly recommended

Well, I know I sound like a broken record, but every class with Emmanuel is phenomenal. He has some homework you can do if you have time. He chats and gives me feedback. I consistently get more tips from him to improve my spanish than in 5-20 hours with other teachers. I really just can't say enough great things about him, but I'm going to go on :) Seriously, I've done probably 500 classes with over 50 different teachers and Emmanuel is THE BEST!! Such ease, patience, and knowledge. He's a young man who is the most naturally gifted spanish teacher I've ever had or seen!! He is the complete package and I absolutely love the classes with him and appreciate him so much. I feel like I've found the absolute greatest teacher on Italki for me.

Emmanuel is fantastic! I really appreciate that he comes to each lesson with a range of resources and tools. I wanted to learn more about Costa Rica for an upcoming trip and he shared a Costa Rican slang document with me and we've been working through some articles about the environment and conservation in Costa Rica. It's a great way to learn new vocabulary and practice pronunciation, while also pushing myself to elevate speaking skills in discussions.

Another absolutely awesome class with Emmanuel! He always has topics and great conversation questions to get me talking. And then, the best thing to me is that he’ll smoothly and politely give me some corrections and teach along the way. He patiently helps with grammar, pronunciation, more natural ways to say things, and vocabulary. I’ve done a ton of classes over many years with a lot of different teachers, Emmanuel is seriously MUCH MUCH better than the norm. He’s A++++ and more!!
