She always would ask you questions in japanese to apply what you have learned. This teacher is great for anyone who desires learning and practical application in this fashion so that the material becomes automatic over time.

She knows how to challenge you. She spoke with me in japanese the whole time, and I loved that. You can see the experience that she has.

Yukie was a great teacher. She lead an easy conversation and asked me questions fitting to my level of learning. I liked her teaching style. I do recommend her.

Japanese is getting very challenging as we go along. Yukie-sensei’s materials are tough and imaginative. She knows how to push you. As time goes on, I feel that I remember concepts better, and when Yukie-sensei tests me or starts with new material, those concepts naturally come back. Because of this feeling and this observation, I know I am learning naturally and fast.
