Megumi

Megumi-sensei is a kind and patient teacher. She is great at speaking at an easy to understand level and breaking down words that I struggle with. Also, she makes her lessons enjoyable, often revises previously studied concepts and is very encouraging even when I make many easy mistakes. I would absolutely recommend as a teacher to anyone looking to learn Japanese at any level!

I've been having conversation lesson with Megumi San for about a year now, and I am very grateful that she had helped achieve a somewhat fluid conversation level. I still make a lot of mistakes, of course, and sentences are not completely natural, but that something to work on my side. Megumi has helped achieve confidence in not being afraid of talking, she patiently waits until I finish what I want to say and shows me the proper way of saying it. Its the perfect balance of keeping the conversation going and correcting me in the way. She is very fun to talk to and easy going, would totally recommend her classes.

Megumi is an incredible teacher! I have been taking classes with her for a few months, and I feel like I am making leaps and bounds in my understanding of the Japanese language.

I have been really enjoying my conversation lessons with Megumi sensei. My confidence in speaking has come on leaps and bounds thanks to her friendly, unassuming approach and easy talking style. She will correct me in a non-obtrusive way and confrim back what I have been saying to make sure I have been conveying the message that I was intending to. Our conversation flows natrually and she is very good at listening and asking follow up questions to test and improve my speaking ability. In summary I would wholehartedly recommend her as a teacher.
