First, I'm a language learner, too. 🙋 I've lived in five countries, speak three languages, & take weekly iTalki classes. Native speakers really do help.
Second, I'm a professional teacher. 📕 I've got a TEFL certificate & taught 4+ years in person & online. I've also got a master's degree in journalism & a bachelor's in East Asian Studies.
Third, I have life experience. 💼 Before teaching, I was a reporter and editor & even started my own print newspaper. I value language as a tool.

Nick is the best tutor I've ever met. He is very professional, attentive, supportive and easy to talk with – before our classes, I did not even know that effective learning of English can be also fun. Nick helped me prepare for the interview, find my strong language skills and improve my weak ones. And what else is very important to me – he is very accurate and inspiring in the feedback, after which you want to speak English more and more without any fear of making mistakes.
