I was a language instructor in China for ten of the eleven years that I lived there (and an adventure tour leader for one!) and have also been teaching online for over three years now. Learning a language is hard work, but there's no rule that says you can't also enjoy it. :) I have worked as a teacher in high school for Dutch and in adult education for Dutch and German. Since secondary school, I have been tutoring students in Dutch, English and German. At the moment I also work as a tutor for criminal law, looking for a place to obtain a PhD. I can easily adapt to your (language) learning needs and style. I believe that you learn the most when you're enjoying what you're doing and having fun. My lessons are conversation based; I do not teach Dutch from scratch and I do not offer a structured A to Z course.
