Lecturer at the University of Urals (Russia) - Italian native speaker with teaching experience I have experienced different kind of courses and students, from some illiterate refugees to Italian fluent speakers and from individual courses to lessons in a restaurant about Italian food and its terminology. Therefore, I am open to shape the lessons as much as I can to conform to students' needs and wishes. Teaching, indeed, involves a collaboration between the student and the teacher. It's fundamental to keep curiosity and desire to learn always alive, and that's what I mostly search to achieve!

My aim is to make this process as pleasant and fun as possible. I communicate with each student to understand what works for them and integrate their preferences with a proven methodology. I like using videos, movies, pictures, and music. I often create online apps for my students, and they all love them because these online exercises look like games. The more fun you have while learning, the better! Depending on your level and how comfortable you feel, I will use English or Japanese during our lessons. I also work as a professional copywriter and copyeditor, and this year I will publish my first novel! :)

Essendo io in prima persona una studentessa di lingue, so bene quali sono le principali difficoltà quando si vuole imparare una nuova lingua. E’ importante riuscire ad affrontare diverse tipologie di apprendimento, quindi nelle mie lezioni ci si focalizzerà su vocabolario, conversazione, modi di dire, tradizioni culinarie, grammatica (che non può mai mancare), musica e un po’ di traduzione. Gli ultimi 5 minuti delle mie lezioni saranno dedicati al feedback, così da poter capire la tua percezione su cosa credi che ti sia più utile e cosa meno, in modo che io possa pian piano costruire di volta in volta lezioni sempre più specifiche per te!
