그깄쟈? = 거기 있지? (Are you there? / Is it you there?) It can sound like 그기쨔, 기기쨔, 거기째, and other ways.
Anyway, it is hard to accurately describe such dialect phrases, because the intonation probably makes a greater impact than the syllabic pronunciation.
