Hello, my name is Ivana. I'm a native Croatian with a Master of Education degree (M.Ed.) in Italian and Czech language and literature. I speak fluently Croatian, English, Italian and Czech. I'm self-employed and based in Split. I teach all four languages online and in person. Other than teaching, I translate medical reports on a daily basis. I'm genuinely in love with languages, books in general, and learning. In my free time I read, dance salsa and travel.教学经验
I've been teaching languages for years now. I have teaching experience in private language schools and public schools (elementary school, gymnasium), as well as abroad and in Croatia. In Toronto I taught English and Croatian at Berlitz, in Croatia I taught Italian in public elementary school and English in private language schools. For the last 3 years I've been self-employed and teaching languages online (one-on-one classes and group classes).我提供的课程和我的教学风格
First of all, I love my job. Teaching comes naturally to me. But, I also enjoy meeting new people and learning from them. Being able to teach is being able to connect with the person. I always try to motivate and inspire my students, push them forward. So I often come up with interesting articles, inspiring videos, book chapters or podcasts. I believe that the best way to learn a second language is through a conversation. Therefore, my classes are mostly conversational. Of course, grammar is essential and I focus on particular grammar areas when required.我的教学资料
