I have been teaching for 25 years, with 20 of those years spent in Asia, particularly in Phuket. My educational background includes a degree in child psychology and a postgraduate degree in education (PGE). Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, ranging from children to adults.

I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. If I can have a positive impact on their future, I feel I am doing my job well.我的課程內容與教學風格
I would describe it as highly adaptable. I do not really prefer one teaching method, or one way of interacting with the students in the classroom environment. Because in my opinion, each class is different, so is each lesson, and a good teacher should always adjust their teaching to their audience, the level of discipline in the class, the difficulty of the lesson, and so on. I simply prefer individual approach to teaching, and I alternate between being an authority, demonstrator, facilitator, and delegator. So far it has been working great, so I have no reason to doubt the effectiveness of my teaching style.我的教材

I leart how to improve my personal skills in using these tools and this makes a positive impact on my own practice. I experienced the implications of learning technology choices made across a wide range of contexts and organisations, both formal and informal.
