Teacher: What are your plans for this week?

学生xuésheng：今天我想去附近逛逛。 jīntiān wǒ xiǎng qù fùjìn guàngguang,
         Student:     I want wander around nearby today.
            明天早上我去“天安门”广场。míngtiān zǎoshang wǒ qù “ tiān ān mén ” guǎngchǎng.
            I will go to Tiananmen SquareTomorrow morning.
            星期二去颐和园、星期三去故宫。xīng qī èr qù yí hé yuán、xīng qī sān qù gù gōng.
            I will go to the Summer Palace on Tuesday and the Forbidden City on Wednesday.
            星期四我想去北京胡同儿逛逛。xīngqīsì wǒ xiǎng qù Běijīng hútòngr guàngguang.
            I want to go for a stroll in Beijing's Hutongs on Thursday.
            星期五我想去尝尝“北京烤鸭”。xīngqīwǔ wǒxiǎng qù chángchang “ Běijīng kǎoyā ”.
            I want to try 'Beijing Roast Duck' on Friday

老师：太好了，那星期六、星期日呢？
lǎoshī： tàihǎo le，nà xīngqī liù、 xīngqī rì ne ？
Teacher: Great, what about Saturday and Sunday?

学生：星期六我要去长城，星期日就在酒店休息。
xuésheng：xīngqī liù wǒ yào qù cháng chéng,xīngqī rì jiù zài jiǔdiàn xiūxi.
Student: I'm going to the Great Wall on Saturday and will take a rest at the hotel on Sunday.

老师：很棒，祝你玩得开心！
lǎoshī：hěn bàng，zhù nǐ wánde kāixīn ！
Teacher: Wonderful, have fun!

New words：
安排 ān pái：plan；arrange （in details）
星期 xīng qī：week + 一 yī～Monday、二 èr~Tuesday、三 sān~Wednesday、四 sì~Thursday、五 wǔ ~Friday、六 liù~Saturday、**日 rì~Sunday
今天 jīn tiān：today
明天 míng tiān：yesterday
附近 fù jìn：nearby；close to

逛逛guàngguang：go for a walk；wander around 
尝尝chángchang：try；taste
p.s：In Chinese,verbs can be reduplicated to indicate that they happen briefly or "a little bit." 

广场 guǎng chǎng：square
想 xiǎng：think；would like to（just an idea）
要 yào：will；want（strong will or idea and want to make it）
就 jiù：just or then（ 就 jiù + Verb Phrase）
休息 xiūxi：rest；take a rest

このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

さっき、北海道に帰ってきました！
大阪と違って、まだちょっと寒いですね。

今日は、日本の国内を長距離を移動する時は、国内の格安航空会社を使うのがオススメかもしれない、という話をします。

日本では格安航空会社のことをLCCといいます。これはlow cost carrier の略ですね。英語だとBudget airlineと言うみたいですね。LCCという言葉はどこで作られたのか気になりますが。とりあえず、LCCでチケットを買うのが良いと思います。

		ジェットスター
		バニラエア
		春秋航空
		スカイマーク
		エア・ドゥ
		ソラシドエア
		スターフライヤー

などがあります。もしかしたら今はないものもあるかもしれないです。

航空券は安い分、サービスはかなり限定的です。
席の指定、ドリンクやフード、7キロ以上の荷物の持ち込みなどは有料です。そういうサービスがいらない人は、料金をおさえられるのでとても良いと思います。

ぼくが良く使っているのはジェットスターです。

北海道の新千歳空港から、大阪の関西空港に移動する時に使っています。シーズンによりますが、¥5,000ぐらいで片道のチケットを買うことができます。有料のサービスを使わない時にそれぐらいの料金になります。

飛行機の移動時間は2時間ぐらいなので、新幹線よりも早いですね。移動時間も楽しいですが、さっと短時間で移動したい方にはオススメです。

ちなみに、知っている人も多いと思いますが、海外の方はJR rail passという新幹線を日数限定で乗り放題できるサービスがありますね。

JAPAN RAIL PASS

これはかなりいいサービスだと思います。日本人は残念ながら使えない…、海外のみなさん、うらやましい！
