Szia! :) I'm glad you decided to learn Hungarian, I'm sure you will stand out with this knowledge! My name is Lucia. I'm 27 years old, I live and work in Budapest as a process improvement specialist. I speak English, and German (as much as I remember from elementary school :D) and currently I'm learning Italian. I'm an easy-going person and I love to get to know people. I'm very excited to meet you and help you to reach your goals. I was an Erasmus student, so I know that there is no better way to learn a language than actively using it in real conversations.

I know how hard it can be to speak in a foreign language when you are not 100% sure you're saying it right, but don't worry, mistakes are important for learning and I'll be patient with you. Everyone has their own pace of improvement and that's all good! My main goal is to help you learn Hungarian in the most fun and convenient way. Hungarian is not an easy language for sure, but how awesome is when you can have a conversation with locals on their mother language!

دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي

As everyone is different, first I would like to discuss with you, what your goals are, what level are you, if you prefer setting down some topics in the beginning or just casually talking to each other, play games, work on pronunciation or learn business words, etc. If you don't know yet, that's also fine, we will find out how you like learning Hungarian during our lessons. Anyway, it's going to be exciting! :)

Luci is very personable and funny. She was good at explaining things in a way I would understand. I liked meeting her and look forward to more lessons. Luci nagyon szimpatikus és vicces. Jól tudta elmagyarázni a dolgokat úgy hogy megértsem. Szerettem találkozni vele és várim a további leckéket.

Köszönöm Lucia! A tanár türelmes volt. Megismételte a kérdéseket, amikor nem értettem. She helped me practice listening to and answering simple questions in Hungarian. It was helpful.

Lucia is a great teacher! I practiced with her before my Hungarian citizenship interview, and she has helped me a lot to sound more natural. I passed my interview and have become a citizen, in no small part thanks to Lucia! She is also very patient, extremely helpful and comes really well prepared to all lessons. I can recommend Lucia to anyone who is planning to apply for Hungarian citizenship, or anyone learning Hungarian who wishes to improve their spoken language and sound more natural.
