My name is Karla, I'm 29 years old and I was born and raised in the Faroe Islands. I have lived in Denmark and Norway, and I'm currently living in Italy where I work as a teacher and study Italian.عني كمعلّم
I have experience as an English teacher, but I’m also a language learner—I moved to Italy without speaking Italian. As a Faroese tutor, I draw on both of these experiences.
I am a calm and patient teacher but I also challenge my students when needed.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My lessons are based on the objectives and needs of the learner. I use materials that are suited for the student's level and interests. I always try to teach what is useful for the student's situation and goals - this could be conversation or language essentials such as grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
My pronunciation is the Eysturoy accent but I am also able to teach the Tórshavn accent, since I have lived there, or a neuter pronunciation.المؤهل الدراسي
