こんにちは！Atsushiです。
今日の天気は曇り。
気温は22℃。

北海道はどんどん涼しくなっています。
みなさんが住んでいる地域はどうですか？

さて、今日はアレルギーについて。
私はアレルギー性の鼻炎があります。
花粉やハウスダストにアレルギーがあります。
季節の変わり目にも、アレルギーの症状がよく出ます。
くしゃみや鼻水が出る症状になります。
ひどい時は、くしゃみが止まらなくなる時もあります。

この症状をおさえるために、薬を飲むことが多いです。
薬を飲むと、1時間後ぐらいにはほとんど症状がおさまります。マスクをしていても症状は出るので、薬でコントロールすることが多いです。

ここ数日はアレルギーの症状が出ています。
最近、あまり出ていなかったので、少し油断していました。
北海道の何かか、季節の変わり目だからか理由はわかりませんが、アレルギーの症状が出ています。

症状がおさまらないと、集中できないので良くないですね。
早くおさまってほしいです。
