十分(じゅうぶん)ではないけれど、少(すく)なくとも、満足(まんぞく)はできないけれど、少(すく)なくとも

★文末(ぶんまつ)はスピーカーの願望(がんぼう)やお願(ねが)いを表(あらわ)す文(ぶん)★
せめて+　～したい、～ばいい、～たらいいなぁ、～てください、～てほしい、～ましょう　など
