男性と女性で、決まっているわけではありません。

【ぼく】と【おれ】をつかうのは、いまのところ、男性が多いです。

私の弟は、【ぼく】と【おれ】を使います。

はい、両方(りょうほう)とも、使います。

【ぼく】というときは、仕事のときや、
はじめて会う人と話すときです。

【おれ】というときは、家族や友達と話すときだけです。

ちなみに、私の父は【私】と【おれ】をつかいます。
仕事のときは【私】で、家族と話すときは【おれ】です。
このように、自分の言い方は、

どこで話すのか、

だれと話すのか、

それによって、ちがうと思います。

多くの日本人は、使いわけていると思います。

たまに、はじめて会う人で、
