今天我们来聊聊养生这个话题。养生是什么意思呢？词典说，养生就是摄养身心以长寿。这本来来自于传统中医的概念，如今在中国的年轻人中也是个热词。这是为什么？因为现在城市里的年轻人有很多的娱乐和诱惑，许多人喜欢享受夜生活，吃夜宵，泡酒吧，撸串烧烤等等。中国城市里极大的物质丰富的夜生活，让人目不暇接。

奶茶、汽水，炸鸡，蛋糕。这些美食不仅让人长胖，还会带来很多的健康问题。这些都使很多二三十岁的年轻人的身体状态亮起了红灯。看着出了问题的体检报告，原来大部分问题，都是生活方式的问题。于是，传统中医开始悄悄进入年轻一代的视野。保温杯里泡上枸杞，冬天来点儿红糖姜枣茶，夏天来点儿菊花茶，掉头发吃黑芝麻丸……各种养生小技能让年轻朋友们纷纷效仿。

其实，养生是一个历史悠久的大话题，属于中国传统医学。中医讲究药食同源，很多食物对人身体是有类似药物的作用的。许多食材用来泡水、煮粥、煲汤，各种功效纷繁复杂，但是也非常有意思。比如现在是冬天，如果你感觉身体总是冷，可以多吃热性食物，比如羊肉、生姜和红枣。

ぼくの日常生活の話を聞くことで、日本語のリスニングをよくしたり、新しい言葉を知ってもらえたらいいなと思います。


みなさんお元気でしょうか。
今日もジョージアでPodcastを録っています。

今回はネコの出産に出会いました！という話です。

ぼくたちは今、ジョージア🇬🇪にいます。

それで、1か月ごとにアパートを変わっています。
先週から新しいアパートに移動しました。

そこの近くにかわいいネコがいました。
お腹が大きくて、もうすぐ子どもが産まれそうなネコ。

3日ぐらい毎日会いました。
ネコは良く近寄ってきました。

ぼくたちは、もしかしたらこのネコはもうすぐ子どもを産むかもしれない、と思いました。

それで、一応、YouTubeでネコの出産の動画を見ました。

そしたら、翌日、そのネコは本当にぼくたちのアパートの前で出産をはじめました。

足元に来て、横になっていたので、ぼくの服を下にしきました。そして、ネコの背中をさすりました。

ネコは1匹産みました！
奥さんと良かったなーと言っていたら、まだしんどそう。
そうやってそのまま全部で6匹！産みました。

その日の夜だけ、部屋の中で世話をしました。

だけど、ぼくたちのアパートではないので、翌日には外に出しました。

母猫は子どもたちを安全な場所に連れて行きました。

今日も母猫はぼくたちに会いに来ました。

子どもたちが元気に育ってくれるとうれしいなと思います。


こんなことは、日本では絶対に起こらないことだと思います。

貴重な経験で、とても感動的でした。
ネコはぼくたちに手伝ってほしかったのかもしれません。
