Here is my friend’s speech on the topic ‘home taste’. I have already tried my best correcting the speech. Could you please help me correct the remaining mistakes in this speech? Thank you so much. 🙏By the way, I also think the description of Hunan cuisine in this speech should be placed before the experience in the summer camp, am I right? If I am correct, could you help me reverse these two parts and make some further improvements on the article? I really appreciate it 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Home taste Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My topic is "home taste". When it comes to my hometown, I believe many people will have some special feelings. Like most youngsters, I was an dreamer. I am longing to go out and wander on the streets of my dream cities. And I always remember that summer 10 years ago when my father sent me to a summer camp in another province to help me exercise thoroughly and improve all sorts of my capabilities. In the beginning, I was curious and glad about everything. But it was not long before I found that I couldn't adapt to the new environment, the study atmosphere, and especially the eating habits at all. Only then did I understand the saying"Easier said than done". Suddenly I missed my grandmother's cooking—my home taste so much! My home taste—Hunan Cuisine, which is one of the eight regional cuisines in China, is famous for its perfect combination of color, flavor and taste. We have many cooking techniques, including steaming and pot-roasting. There are also various ingredients for Hunan dishes, such as fish, rice and vegetables. The main flavors are chili, pepper and shallot. My favorite dish is Steamed Fish Head in chili sauce, which is one of the famous dishes in Hunan. It is bright red in color and tastes delicious, with spicy sauce added to the head of a bighead carp. Just mentioning these dishes has made my mouth watery! So, welcome to my hometown to have a visit. Here you can taste the exclusive Hunan flavor. Thank you for listening.

I think having the summer camp first is also OK :) The use of "easier said than done" seems a bit odd here - I think that sentence could probably ne omitted.
