The bar chart illustrates the the percentage/ratio/proportion in the exercise way of inhabitants in a certain city.Specifically,exercise alone accounts for 54.3% is the highest method among the ways .Following positions are exercise with friends and family members accounts for 47.7% and 23.9% ,respectively.However,exercise with group is the last option for citizens to choose which accounts for 15.8%. There are two fundamental factors involved in the phenomenon.First,with the development of the domestic economy,the awareness of self conscious is waken.Most people rather to care about their time and felling than sacrifice themself to follow others.Thus exercise alone which can totally obey themself is the popular approach and exercise with group which needs to consider other people’s schedule and prefer is chosen by fewer citizens.Second,there are intense pressure because of the fierce competition in the modern society.Exercise with others who are you familiar with like you friends and family can mitigate your anxious. To my understanding,no matter what methods you choose,it is advisable for people.However,exercise with others such as friends and family can help you keep this habit better.With other other reminder,it is much easier to stamp the first step.

To my understanding, no matter what methods you choose, it is beneficial for people. However, exercising with others can help you keep this habit better. With support from others, it is much easier to take the first step.
